We are excited to announce that a regional Gear Up Girl will be held on the Central Coast again in 2019! Following success in 2017 & 2018, we can't wait to empower women from the area to hop on their bikes and be a part of Australia's largest female only community bike ride.

Held by the Central Coast Bicycle User Group, an affiliated BUG with Bicycle NSW, participants will be able to choose from three rides, all of which will offer scenic views and a stop off for morning tea.

Two of our rides can be RidesAssist rides, being the 80km and either 25 or 45km. RidesAssist rides offer those living with vision impairment the opportunity to jump on the back of a tandem and go for a ride! please register your interest by emailing ccbug100rides@gmail.com before enrolling as we have limited RA pilots and tandems.

Details on RidesAssist can be found here.
